Another good service experience by the Magic City Chevy Alleghany team. My 2015 Silverado High Country transmission continues to have washboard vibrations after 25k - 30k miles. A fluid flush has been the manufacture's answer, which costs me in the $450 range each time. Don’t understand why this defect occurs or why i am penalized to pay for it.

Staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a scheduled 10:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation while you wait, didn't get out of there until 12:30 and the technician scraped up the side of my truck while moving it, the dealership informed me of what happened an has assured me they will fix it and provide me with a loaner vehicle while its in the body shop and I am awaiting to hear a time frame. I understand accidents happen just want to make sure they follow thru with their promises?

Service department was very courteous and professional

Had an oil change and tire rotation and got 500 yards away and might tire system warning came on. I had to go back the next morning and they didnt reset my tire sensors when rotating my tires. The manager of the shop got his tool out as he wasnt there the day prior and reset my sensors in ten minutes and fixed the problem. In my opinion you did 2 jobs and didnt even complete the tasks to do the jobs.

There was 2 other customers in waiting area so I knew it would be a little more time. It wasn't too bad for me, but one of the others had been there an hour already to have 4 new tires put on and was still waiting when I left. My time there was about an hour. Not bad for me.

All was good, followed up on my concerns and issues. will continue to monitor my issues with the dealer.
